Our Victim Advocates are certified professionals and are required to attend continuing education classes and seminars to evolve as the scams and the techniques used evolve. In order to keep their certification active they must attend continuing education classes each year to remain current and on top of the latest in scam information and technology as scammers continue to evolve and devise new ways to implement scams to try to fool me and you.
