What is AVAH Outreach all about?
AVAH Outreach is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting victims of cyber-enabled crimes, including online and telephone scams, sextortion, romance fraud, financial grooming, and other forms of digital exploitation. Our certified victim advocates provide one-on-one crisis intervention, safety planning, scam documentation, and ongoing emotional support. We also deliver community education on digital safety, partner with law enforcement and financial institutions, and advocate for stronger protections for vulnerable populations—especially seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing social isolation. Our goal is to empower victims, prevent re-victimization, and bring awareness to the often-overlooked impact of technology-facilitated abuse.
